At The Gleam Box, we strive to provide you with high-quality curated beauty and lifestyle products. However, we understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. Please review our policy below for details.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our curated beauty and lifestyle products, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for boxes that have been opened or used.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your Gleam Box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To process your request, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the damage or defect.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

We will review your request and, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged or defective item.
  • A partial refund for the damaged or defective item.

3. Non-Delivery

If your Gleam Box does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@thegleambox.com. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent box. Once a payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund for that month’s box.  

 

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your account.  

 

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions will be at our sole discretion.
